Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Will be held On Monday May 16, 2022 @ 7:00 p.m.
Joshua Bates Centre, 1 Main St. W. (upstairs, Town Hall)
As a community-owned team dedicated to creating a positive impact on our community and enriching the lives of its members, we encourage members of the public to participate and support your team.
All members of the Association and all residents of the Township of Athens have the right to propose amendments to the constitution. These must be put in writing and presented to the membership for consideration and discussion prior to the AGM (must be submitted to the undersigned no later than noon on Friday May 6, 2022
Membership eligibility – must be 19 years of age or older. Nominations will be received and approved by elections at the general membership at the AGM – positions available: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Fundraising, Equipment and 50/50 Directors and Directors at Large (max. 9)
